Make sure the base is dry, clean and free from deformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. If you have an underfloor heating system, turn it off before starting the installation. For safety reasons, we don\u2019t recommend switching it on again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Always keep the tiles horizontal so they don\u2019t lose their shape, and leave them in the room where they will be installed for 24 hours so they adapt to the room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Before beginning, measure the area to be floored. Plan the installation carefully so you don\u2019t waste material or end the rows with small portions of flooring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. For outdoor installations, there must be a way to drain the water. We also recommend gluing the flooring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Mix them well and begin the installation immediately.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When ready, the glue can be used for 20 to 25 minutes. After, you can no longer use it for the installation.<br><br>Application should be done at a room temperature of between 15 and 25\u00baC and should never drop below 0\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 Make the required cuts before installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 If there are structures in the area being floored, measure the exact size and location of the flooring that must be removed. After removing it, make a cut perpendicular to this opening so the new flooring can be placed to accommodate the structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Use a tool to manually mix the two glue components. Prepare small amounts of glue, as once ready, it must be used quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Use a notched trowel to spread the glue gradually, then place the tiles on top. We recommend interspersed installation to ensure smoother, more even flooring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"manutencaoalpha\">2. ALPHA RUBBER TILE FLOORING MAINTENANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"line-height:1.7\">Flooring maintenance and cleaning are essential to ensure a longer life.<br><br>If glue has been used to stick the flooring down, wait 3 days before cleaning with water to allow optimal glue adhesion.<br><br>Use a vacuum cleaner to regularly clean any rubbish from the surface. This prevents wear and tear\/damage to the flooring.<br><br>For greater hygiene, use a microfibre mop or scrubber with soft brushes together with pH-neutral detergents, which can be found in any supermarket.<br><br>Don\u2019t use sponges, steel wool pads or bleach.
