1. GYMSTICKERS INSTALLATION

MATERIALS REQUIRED

1. Make sure the surface is dry, clean, and even (free of bumps or imperfections).

2. Measure and mark the area where the vinyl will be installed. This helps keep everything aligned.

3. Place it in the correct position without removing the protective liner yet.

4. Pull back around 10 cm of the vinyl and remove the liner partially. Crease and fold the liner to make application easier.

5. Using the squeegee, press the exposed part of the vinyl from the center outwards to avoid air bubbles. Gradually remove the rest of the liner while keeping the vinyl stretched.

6. Use the squeegee to firmly press all parts of the vinyl to ensure strong adhesion.

7. Do it slowly, making sure the vinyl remains fully adhered to the surface.

8. Use a heat gun to gently warm up the vinyl, then press that area with a firm, flexible object that’s heat-resistant (like a sample of rubber flooring).

2. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE GYMSTICKERS

In the first 72 hours
Avoid washing the floor to give the vinyl time to fully adhere to the surface.

Regular cleaning
Use a vacuum to remove dust, dirt, or small debris — this helps prevent scratches and premature wear.
For deeper cleaning, use a microfiber strip mop (e.g., yellow strip mop) with a neutral pH detergent, easily found in supermarkets.

Caring for the markings
Avoid scrubbing aggressively over the vinyl areas. Clean gently to preserve the design and ensure it stays in top condition for longer.

Additional notes for a safe and effective application
For large decals
To make application easier, cut the transfer film into smaller segments. This helps separate the vinyl from the film without damaging the design.

Ensure alignment
Use masking tape or weights in strategic spots to keep the decal in place before adhering.

Safety note
Once applied, the vinyl may become slippery when wet. Be especially cautious in functional training areas or high-traffic zones.
