Why choose Herringbone Click Vinyl Flooring?

When appearance matters, the floor is part of the design. Herringbone Click Vinyl Flooring combines a Natural Oak finish with a more considered layout than traditional straight planks, creating a warmer and more distinctive interior.

But the choice is not only about looks. The 5G click system, integrated underlay and resistance for commercial use make this flooring a practical solution for indoor spaces with frequent use.

A finish that complements the identity of the space

Flooring covers a large visible area and can change how the whole space is perceived. In receptions, studios, wellness areas or hotel gyms, a more refined finish helps create a consistent look across the project.

High-resolution printing and surface texture recreate the look of wood, while the Natural Oak finish gives the space a lighter, warmer feel.

Simpler installation, without bonding to the subfloor

The 5G click system locks the planks together and allows the floor to be installed as a floating system, without bonding the planks to the subfloor.

The underlay is already integrated, so there is no need to install a separate layer. As well as removing one installation step, it contributes to acoustic comfort, with a stated improvement of 19 dB.

Built to handle everyday use

The SPC structure gives the flooring rigidity, while the 0.55 mm wear layer protects the surface during use.

With a 23/33 use classification, it is designed for heavy domestic and heavy commercial use, making it suitable for indoor spaces with frequent foot traffic.

Herringbone Vinyl, Standard Click or Self-Adhesive?

All three floors can create a wood-effect finish, but they suit different projects. The choice should depend on the pattern you want, the existing subfloor and the type of installation.

Installation and maintenance of Herringbone Click Vinyl Flooring

5G is the locking system. The long side of the plank is inserted at an angle of approximately 20° to 30°, and the short end locks when pressed vertically into position.

Installation uses A and B planks that combine to form a series of “V” shapes. Before starting, separate the two plank types, identify the main axis of the room and choose the direction of the pattern.

The subfloor must be dry, clean and level. Measure the room and plan the pattern to avoid very small pieces along the walls. Remove the planks from the boxes and leave them flat for 48 hours in the room where they will be installed.

No. The flooring already includes 1 mm of IXPE foam and can be installed directly over a suitable, dry, clean and level subfloor.

Yes. Leave a 10 mm gap around the full perimeter and around columns, pipes and other fixed elements. The flooring must remain free to expand.

Yes, but no area can exceed 10 m in length or width without an expansion joint. Above this limit, divide the flooring with the appropriate profile.

Yes. The surface is water resistant, but the flooring must not be installed over subfloors affected by leaks or rising damp.

Yes. The 23/33 classification corresponds to heavy domestic and heavy commercial use. The wear layer is 0.55 mm.

We do not recommend it. Even with suitable wheels or castors, an uneven subfloor or incorrect locking can concentrate stress at the joints and damage the click system.

The recommendation for this product is not to use it with underfloor heating. If a system is present, switch it off before installation and do not switch it back on afterwards.

Vacuum the surface regularly to remove particles that could cause wear. For deeper cleaning, use a microfibre mop with a neutral-pH detergent diluted in water.

No. This flooring is designed for indoor use.
