Why choose a Fluted Slat Wall Panel for your gym?
The Fluted Slat Wall Panel works particularly well on large walls and in circulation areas where you want to introduce detail without creating an overly heavy pattern. The fluted effect forms a fine, regular vertical sequence that follows the wall and helps give the space clearer visual definition.
In receptions, corridors, waiting areas or wellness spaces, it can cover a full wall or be used only in a specific area, depending on how much visual presence you want the panel to have within the project.
A finer, more continuous fluted effect
Unlike a wide-slat panel, this profile creates narrower lines positioned closer together. The result is a more visually uniform surface, with relief repeated across the full length of the wall.
In corridors or on long walls, this repetition helps maintain visual continuity. In reception or branding areas, the panel works as a backdrop without competing too strongly with logos, signage or other elements in the space.
Wider panels to cover more wall
Each panel measures 23.5 cm wide and 2.49 m high. The width allows you to cover more surface with each piece and reduces the number of panels needed along the wall compared with narrower profiles. The 2.49 m height can also cover the full wall height in one piece in many spaces, avoiding horizontal joints and keeping the vertical pattern continuous. Each box contains 6 panels.
Direct wall installation
The panel is made from EPS and can be cut to size during installation. Use a hand saw for width cuts; small adjustments can be made with a utility knife.
Once the substrate has been prepared, apply a suitable adhesive to the back of the panel and fix it directly to the wall, with no frame or screws required. The surface must be dry, clean, stable and reasonably level before installation.
Suitable for humid indoor areas
EPS is resistant to water and moisture, so the panel can be used in humid indoor areas, including changing rooms. This resistance does not replace a sound substrate: the wall must be dry and free from leaks before installation.
The panel also requires no varnish or periodic treatment. For cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and, if necessary, a pH-neutral detergent.
