The following methods of payments are available: Credit or debit card and bank transfer. For Portugal, payment using an ATM is also available. No other method of payment is available.
When the quote is sent, you will be provided with the payment details.
The order will be processed after reception of the payment.
Please do not try to pay by any non-specified means. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or any resulting damages.
The usual GEOMETRIK delivery procedure is collection of the product from the company warehouse at the following address: Rua Família Malaquias, Lote 2, 3880-327 Ovar. The business hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm; Friday, 9.00am to 12.00pm. This is Geometrik’s standard method of delivery and entails no cost for the Customer.
The Customer may request a different delivery method, namely the dispatch of goods, which will incur extra delivery costs. In this case, the delivery fees are paid by the Customer and are applied per order. The exact price of the delivery will depend on the location, weight and option selected for the delivery.
Upon request by the Customer, GEOMETRIKTARGET can organise the transport of the products, which will be delivered only to the door of the Customer’s address. The risk is deemed transferred to the Customer the moment the goods leave the GEOMETRIKTARGET premises. GEOMETRIKTARGET cannot be held directly or indirectly responsible for delays or any incident that occur during transport. The customer is responsible for unloading and storing the goods. The Customer undertakes to inform the transport company about any delivery restrictions before ordering the service, namely the road width, delivery timetable, construction works, physical restrictions, etc. Any costs coming from the subsequent changes such as a change to the load, address, etc, shall be charged to the Customer.
Incorrect or false information will entitle GEOMETRIKTARGET to cancel the order, and all costs will be charged to the Customer. Changes to the delivery data may change the delivery deadline and the final fee.
The products ordered will be dispatched on working days, from Monday to Friday.
We can only guarantee good delivery of an order if the delivery address of the products is properly communicated by the Customer. To receive the order, someone must be waiting at the address. You can request a scheduled delivery service from our team, in which case you shall be contacted to schedule the day and the time interval for delivery. If you choose the transport service without a scheduled delivery, the delivery will be done without prior notification from the transport company.
An order is deemed delivered the moment the consumer or a third party delegated by the consumer, with the exception of the transport company, physically takes possession of the goods.
At the moment of delivery, the Customer or third party delegated to receive the order should inspect the package and the products sent to check for any damage or missing products. If it is ascertained that the products are damaged or incomplete, the Customer should write this down on the delivery note before signing it or reject the order, returning the load to the seller’s premises. If the Customer’s complaint is justified, Geometrik will resend the order or missing products or refund the amount paid for the order and the transport when it is received and the process is complete.
If the Customer or third party delegated to receive the order signs the delivery note without writing any notes or information on it, the order is considered accepted without any damage or error in the quantities of the product.
The delivery expenses associated with your order will be invoiced per order. In other words, if you order more than one article, you will only pay the delivery cost once.
The order is deemed accepted if the Customer does not return it within 14 days after reception.
The order will be processed only after reception of the payment.
After confirmation of the payment and if all the products are available, the seller undertakes to have the goods prepared for dispatch in its warehouse within 2 to 3 working days. Depending on the Customer’s option, the delivery will be processed within the following deadlines:
– Mainland Portugal: Estimated transit time after dispatch: 1 to 5 working days
(Archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores: quote and delivery times under consultation)
– Mainland Spain: Estimated transit time after dispatch: 2 to 5 working days
(Island regions such as the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Quote and delivery times please enquire)
– Mainland France: Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7 to 12 working days
(Island regions such as Corsica: Quote and delivery times please enquire)
– To the rest of the mainland European Union: Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7 to 14 working days
For products that are not in stock at the time of the order, the delivery time will be agreed in private between GEOMETRIKTARGET and the Customer.
The seller will not be responsible for delayed compliance or non-compliance of any obligation caused by reasons of force majeure, i.e. an event, act or omission that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled or variations in the estimated transport time.
